After visiting the Heart of Jerusalem in Colorado Springs a few times, it’s definitely time for a writeup because the food is fresh, delicious and consistent every single time.
The hummus at Heart of Jerusalem is light and fluffy and not too seasoned and always comes with delicious fresh pita bread. We decided to share the chicken kabob platter which was delicious and fresh as usual. It is very consistent every time and served pretty quickly too.
I decided to try a Turkish coffeee and it was excellent, strong, rich and full of flavor and definitely delivered the caffeine kick was looking for plus the presentation was beautiful!
